An electrical diagnosis is the process of identifying a fault(s) in a property’s electrical system and/or components using expertise and tools like multimeters. A security deposit officially places your electrical diagnosis on our schedule for the time slot that was verbally agreed upon on the phone. Once payment is made, you will receive confirmation via text message and also by phone if requested. The security deposit is credited towards the entire amount of the electrical diagnosis. Please note that electrical diagnoses involving 3,500 sq. ft or less is typically achieved in 10 to 20 minutes! After 30 minutes an additional charge of $6.25 per minute will apply.
This service entails three steps: (1) Prior to our arrival, we will gather initial information from you about your electrical problem(s). (2) Once we arrive, we will electrically diagnosis exactly what the problem is and explain the results to you in detail. (If a suitable solution is achievable, without using any materials and no extensive labor is required, then the electrical diagnosis fee is all that you will pay for that visit.) (3) You will receive an electronic bid proposal, typically within two business days, in the event that an extensive labor induced solution is the only alternative. This operation sometimes allows the “Do It Yourselfer” (DIY) to save money because once the electrical problem has been determined, the continued work towards completing the solution to simple fixes may not necessarily require hiring our services.
