(9) Security Deposit for Thermal Analysis with Bid Proposal ($.05 x sq. ft. of your property).

We will conduct an IR thermal imaging scan of the electrical panel specs provided by you using instrumental scanning to determine if any irregularities, such as, but not limited to, excessive heat or overloaded amperages have compromised bus bars, breakers, or wires. In conjunction with these observations, we make a valid attempt to consider what other RF factors may attribute to any electrical abnormalities such as the environment in which the electrical systems operate in. Governed by a qualitative and quantitative analysis, we also provide you with a written or digital comprehensive report of the results of such stated findings within three business days.
