(10) Security Deposit for Out-of-Scope Services ($150 of final bid proposal amount)

If customer requests or if project conditions require additional tasks including, but not limited to, miscellaneous repairs, extra mobilization, or unplanned project-related work, such work will be treated as a separate ad-hoc engagement. This service will be executed in compliance to the accepted bid proposal provided to you.

“Please note, once this payment is made, it is final and cancellations, reschedulings, or inconvenienced access to the location for out-of-scope services are all non-refundable.”
